Can you deliver my orders with no markings, branding logo's, no trace of your company.....Trade canvas print?
Yes, we offer a full "White Label" service for all our customers. This means that all of your orders are
produced and posted with no logo's or branding on the canvases/prints and in plain packaging with no marketing,
branding or invoices from us. So....... to your customers it looks like you have produced the product and sent the
item direct to them.
Can you send my order direct to my customer.......saving me the extra postage costs?
Yes of course we can save you money! by providing us with your customers delivery address not only do you
take advantage of the "white Label" service, but also you only pay for one lot of postage.......£7.95
in effect this saves you paying a second lot of postage for the order to come from us to you,
then from you to your customer.
Are there any additional costs?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
What is the maximum image size I can upload?
We can receive a maximum file size of 100mb through our website upload facility, if you do have larger
files you can send them to us via data sticks or cd’s.
What resolution should I set my images at when sending them?
The best resolution to set your images at is between 300 dpi. We print all work at 1440 dpi, for the best quality,
detailed prints.
What File Types do you accept?
Our website can accept the jpeg & Tiff file formats.
Is my copyright protected when I send my images to you?
Yes, you always maintain all copyright ownership of any images you send us. We will never use your images
and we will never pass your images onto 3rd parties.
Can you colour match?
We try our very best to colour match every photo, canvas etc.....all our screens are calibrated regularly.
However we cannot be held responsible for exact colour matching requirements as your computer screens
may have different contrast, brightness, hue’s etc. Because of this we cannot except returns on colour
related issues.
Where do you deliver to and how long will it take and at what cost?
We deliver to the UK and Ireland. Our courier service costs just £7.95 and is a 24 hour delivery service, which
will require a signature.. (We only Deliver MONDAY - FRIDAY)
How are the canvases packed?
All our canvases are first wrapped in bubble wrap and then packaged within corrugated cardboard.
All un - stretched canvases and photographic prints are rolled up and sent placed in a tube.
