We have an opportunity for a new member of staff at Trade Canvas Print, ideal for a self-motivated and versatile individual. Your personality and ability to fit into the team is important to us and you’ll be working with us to provide our clients with the best service possible. An interest in photography or design as well as a computer background is desired.
— Communicating with clients and taking orders
— Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
— Answering telephone calls with questions about our service
— Packaging products and preparing for daily dispatch of orders
— Processing orders and sending to print in preparation for manufacture
— General manufacture processes such as our canvas frames and print products etc.
— Communicating with clients via social media (Twitter / Instagram / Facebook etc.)
— Able to work well under pressure
— Keen eye for detail and quality control
— Experience in working as part of a team
— Experience in Adobe Photoshop & Mac is preferable, but not essential
— Knowledge of social media and online business presence
— Knowledge of working within the print industry preferable, but not essential
— Comfortable communicating with others and in customer relations
— Flexible and versatile approach to work as well as a self-motivated nature
— Have good organisational and technical skills relevant to the role
— Be capable of exercising a high degree of delegated responsibility
— Possess excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Salary — to be discussed based on experience
Hours — trial period, full-time to be discussed thereafter
