What are your opening hours?

Our studio is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are closed on Welsh public holidays.

What file types do you accept?

We accept .jpeg, .tiff, .png and .pdf file types.

What image resolution is recommended?

We recommend 300dpi for your images.

What is the maximum file size I can upload?

The maximum file size you can upload to our website is 2gb.

How should I size my images for the uploader?

Canvas Products:
If you would like a canvas with mirrored, mirrored blur, black, white or coloured edges please size your image to the face value of the canvas (input size in the uploader). For gallery wrap canvases please add the following to allow for this:
– 20mm Canvases, add 20mm per edge (in addition to the ‘input size’)
– 38mm Canvases, add 38mm per edge (in addition to the ‘input size’)
We aim to position your image within 2mm of your confirmed preview.
Print Products:
Please size your image to the face value of the print (input size in the uploader). If you choose the border option, this will be in addition to your image size.

Can you colour match?

We aim to colour match every photo print and canvas we produce to the files you upload. We calibrate our equipment weekly to ensure colour accuracy using an x-rite i1 pro2 profiler. Due to the variety of computer screens available, there may be colour variations from what you see on your monitor/device.

Please note we do not colour-correct images but we will contact you if we notice anything abnormal.

Do you accept orders via email?

No. We are unable to process orders via email however our uploader is optimised to make ordering as easy and efficient as possible.

Do I need to register for prices or to order?

Yes. As we are trade suppliers, we do require you to create an account to view pricing information and to order from us. Please note that we only send email newsletters to clients who opt-in to receive them.

Is my copyright protected when I order?

Yes, you always maintain the copyright ownership of any images you send us.

Do you keep files uploaded to the website?

No. We do not store any images longer than required to process your orders, they are then removed from our system. Please ensure you keep your files as we are not a storage facility and cannot be held liable for loss of images.

How are discounts applied?

Automatic discounts will appear in your basket at checkout. Other discounts can be applied by entering the code during checkout.

How do I pay?

For payment, we use a secure PayPal gateway. This allows you to pay using your credit or debit card as well as the option of your PayPal account.

Can you deliver to my client?

Yes. We offer a white label shipping service as part of our ‘premium as standard’ service. To ship to your client, select ‘ship to a different address’ during checkout.

How are your invoices sent?

All of our invoices are sent electronically. You will receive these via email after placing your order, they are not included within any parcel we dispatch.

What is white label shipping?

Continuing our ‘premium as standard’ service, we operate white label shipping on all orders. This means there is no mention of Trade Canvas Print on the product or packaging and we can even include your own flyers/stickers (please see ‘can you apply my logo?’). When your client receives the order, it looks like it has come directly from you. Simply select the ‘ship to a different address’ option on our website. After all, helping you and your business is our first priority.

Can you apply my logo?

As our products are sent via white label shipping, we can apply your logo to products / include your branding in packages at no extra cost. If you would like us to put a flyer etc. in with the product(s), these must be sent to us before placing your order and please include a message requesting this in the ‘order notes’ section of checkout. If you would like your logo applied to a canvas product, please include a message in the ‘order notes’ section of checkout and reply to the order confirmation email with your logo attached (as a PNG/PDF file with transparent background).

What are your delivery locations and costs?

We currently ship to UK Mainland, UK Islands and Republic of Ireland. Details can be found by visiting the shipping information page.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We are currently unable to ship internationally due to courier restrictions on size/weight of parcels however we are continually researching delivery options.

What is your order turnaround time?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours, however we aim to dispatch same-day for single-product orders placed before 2pm. Large orders may take longer, please contact us if you have any concerns.

How are your products packaged?

When you order from us your canvas comes in layers of bubble wrap and a bespoke white box (single products up to 36”x26”). Larger/multiple canvas orders come in a bespoke brown box. Prints under 20”x16” are sent flat, packaged in a clear bag and bespoke box. Rolled canvases and larger prints are rolled, packaged in a clear bag and double-strength cardboard tube. All perfect for presenting to your client.

Can I track my delivery?

Can you hold back parcels/orders?

We are unable to hold back orders due to storage restrictions. If you require delivery on a specific day, this can be requested via the courier tracking.

What if there is an issue processing my order?

If we notice there is an issue when processing your order, we will automatically place your order on hold. We will do our best to contact you to resolve this, however we will refund the order if we cannot reach you after three business days. Please note refunds may be processed sooner during our busiest periods if we do not hear back from you.

What if my client has an issue with their order?

If you have used white label shipping to send an order directly to your client, your contact information will be included on the shipping label. If your client gets in touch with any issues about their order, please gather all information you can from them directly (this includes images of any damaged/incorrect products). Please then forward this information to Trade Canvas Print for us to investigate. We are unable to resolve order issues with your client directly as they will not have placed the order on our website themselves. Please read our privacy policy by clicking here.
