White Label Shipping on All Orders

Continuing our ‘premium as standard’ service, we operate white label shipping on all orders. This means there is no mention of Trade Canvas Print on the product, packaging or label, no paperwork inside the package (invoices are emailed directly to you) and we can even include your own flyers/stickers. When your client receives the order, it looks like it has come directly from you. Simply select the ‘ship to a different address’ option at checkout. After all, helping you and your business is our first priority.

UK Mainland

Paper Print Orders – £3.99

We will dispatch with DPD/APC/Royal Mail depending on the quantity/size of prints ordered. Where available, tracking information will be sent via email/text. 

Orders Including Canvas – £7.99 (Canvases 39″ and under) £9.99 (Oversize Canvas 1000mm/ 40″ and over)

For orders containing any canvas product, we will dispatch with DPD or APC. Where available, tracking information will be sent via email/text. Please note some canvas sizes / bulk orders as well as remote areas of Mainland UK require a two-day service.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Isle of Man

Orders Including Canvas – £14.99 (Canvases 920mm/ 36″ and under)

We can no longer ship canvases over 920mm/ 36″ to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Man

We do not ship to Republic of Ireland

DPD/APC Tracking

Courier service offers a fast next day delivery with DPD’s industry-leading Predict service. This provides parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you don’t have to wait in all day. You can also use DPD’s revolutionary ‘Follow My Parcel’ service which enables you to watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map down to a final fifteen minute time-slot. They can also offer a number of inflight pre-delivery options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing customers to take delivery of their goods in a way that suits.

If you wish to reschedule, you can:
– Deliver to a neighbour
– Upgrade delivery to before 12pm
– Select an alternative delivery date
– Collect from DPD depot
– Leave parcel in a specified safe place

Some orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail/APC. APC have similar options to above including collection from your local Post Office. Please note that some remote addresses of Mainland UK require a 48hr service. If delivery attempts are missed and contact with DPD/Royal Mail/APC is not made, your parcel may be held at a depot/sorting office for collection within seven days. After this time the parcel will be returned to Trade Canvas Print Ltd. as undelivered / not-collected and a £9.00 fee for returned items (this is what we get charged from our couriers) as well as a re-delivery charge will apply to dispatch products again.

Wrong Postage Selection / Returned Parcels

If upon ordering the wrong postage option is selected one of our customer service team will be in touch to explain and we can amend this for you. An invoice for the difference will be sent and your item(s) dispatched upon payment. If a parcel is returned to us a £9.00 fee for returned items (this is what we get charged from our couriers) as well as a re-delivery charge will apply to dispatch products again.
