You can now send updates from DPD direct to your customer
for them to track their parcels throughout the delivery process.
We have always operated White Label Shipping on all of our orders and we are excited to share a new and improved service with you. Our tracking with DPD used to hold our company name and branding but moving forward this has been removed for a totally white-label service. This means we can send tracking updates to your customer and they won’t see where the parcel has originated from or that we have dispatched it – perfect for a seamless delivery service.
We do not include any invoices, packing lists or other paperwork in our parcels (all invoices are available via the My Account section of the website). There is also no mention of Trade Canvas Print on the product, packaging or delivery label. All of our parcels are tracked using barcodes and they look like they have come directly from you. We can even include your own flyers/business cards for no additional fee. If you would like for us to fulfil this for you please send your promotional items (flyers/cards/stickers etc) to us in advance of ordering and request this in the Order Notes section of checkout.
In order for us to send tracking information from DPD to your customers please add a preferred email address and UK mobile number for the recipient in the ‘Customer Provided Note’ section of checkout. This will allow us to see you are happy for the tracking to be sent directly to your customer and we will process this for you.
