CHRISTMAS ORDER CUT OFF DATES 2020

Please note we have THREE order cut-offs this year.

Canvases 36″ and under December 17th – Midnight – (Shipped via DPD)
Canvases 37″ and over December 15th – 5pm – (Shipped via Parcelforce)
Prints & Fine Art Prints December 17th – Midnight – (Shipped via Royal Mail)

Please ensure you order on or before the dates above and we’ll dispatch your orders before Christmas. We are already seeing delays in postage due to Covid 19 so ordering early would be recommended. We reserve the rights to change the order cut off dates in line with any government guidelines and lockdowns. Orders placed after these times will be processed upon our return to the studio on Monday 4th January 2021.

Our delivery partners ship parcels Monday to Friday and products are sent via DPD, Parcelforce (for 37″ parcels and over) and Royal Mail. Please ensure somebody is available to sign for parcels for a smooth delivery process. Trade Canvas Print cannot be held liable for missed delivery attempts.

During the holiday period and these difficult times due to Covid-19 we ask for your patience and understanding so please allow up to 72 hours for us to process orders. We always aim to get products dispatched sooner, however with large order volumes and quantities we request a couple of days leeway. Thank you, stay safe and take care.
