Royal Mail – Causing Delivery Delays

Important Information – (Orders including any canvases are not affected)

Hi everyone,

As most of us in the UK know, Royal Mail  is currently implementing strike action throughout the network. Unfortunately, this is causing delivery delays which are beyond our control.  We continue to ship your photographic and Fine Art print orders on a next day service however due to strike action by Royal Mail please allow 2 to 10 days for delivery to take place.

Please note – If you’ve had a dispatch email from us about your print orders we promise the order has been sent, our current order turnaround is 24/48 hours.

Cut Off Dates for Photographic & Fine Art print orders for Christmas Delivery is December 16th we will however continue to ship orders up to December 22nd but we cannot guarantee that delivery will take place in time for Christmas.
